Anatomy of a Murder

Thought I'd stick up a step-by-step of this week's Eclectic Micks piece for those who are interested.
So here are the penciled, inked and coloured versions of the tetchy little Canadian furball. Of death.

Nice, lotta work went into that. How come you didn't get rid of the blue pencil rough before you coloured it Though?

Having a weird issue with the scanner on my new mac, when i drop the blues from the image to take out the pencil it takes a lot of the 'blue' out of the black ink too, and leaves it looking awful. Have to figure out a new way of doing it.

Can you not get rid of the blue if you scan it as greyscale?

In any case, i love this piece man. Definitely one of my faves of yours.

Nope, some of the blue scans as light grey then and its more work to clean it up.
Cheers for the kind words.
