Amnesty International Part 2
Here's a short story I drew last year for an Amnesty International charity book. The story was written by Rob Curley of Freakshow Fame. I had to turn this around in three days, so at the time I wasn't crazy about it cos it was so rushed looking. But now I've come to kinda like it for its rough edges. Which is a weird turnaround, cos usually the older my stuff is, the more and more I dislike it. Anyhoo. here it be, says I.

3 days!!! Guess its drawn A7 size so ya??
3 fucking days! I'm lucky to get a page penciled in a day. I'm really impressed how tight the pages are for doing it in such a short time. Nice one.
Sorry to sound like a broken record here but three days? That's unbelievably fast, especially for how damned good they turned out. Nice work.
Yeah, two pages a day. I just did really loose breakdowns then finished em up in ink on A4 bristol board. Guess that is pretty fast, but they were 14 hour days, so 7 hours on each page aint a huge stretch of the imagination... hand was bloody tired by the end though! And it was christmas eve the last day, so slapped on 'It's a Wonderful Life' that night and relaxed into my lazy-boy... god i love christmas.... we were talking about Christmas, right?
Yep, you're post was called 'My Christmas'. That's what we're talking about.
Seriously tho, I've done 2 pages in a day the odd time, but 2 a day, three days straight, that's some going.
Fair play
Absolutely. Dont think my eyes could take it, let alone my hand
Wussies. When you're old like me that shit is childsplay. -wheeze-
Way to post them in order Mooney. JESUS!! and enough of this "Mooney" love-in, I coulda done those pages in 3 minutes with all my limbs tied together AND suspended from a ceiling fan with the pencil sticking out of my arse hole...so there
Can't...stop...picturing....that
